DRILLING BOP CONTROL SYSTEMS

RSSUS provide BOP control systems for both onshore and offshore applications worldwide. We can design, manufacture, install and commission a range of BOP control systems tailored to meet the specific requirements of each customer.

Our designs are well tested and provide long service durability and reliability, offering high levels of performance. All of which are supported by the RSSUS field service network of engineers and technicians, with extensive knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic well control systems.

BOP Control

RSSUS BOP control panels are designed to match the customer's specific requirements. We can supply free standing or wall-mounted systems, offering graphic engraved texting; Hazardous Area rated cabinets and components designed to meet client or third-party legislative and class requirements.

Our control panels are constructed from 316 stainless steel or mild steel powder coated, offering reliability and durability in the offshore environment.

The retro fit control panels are electronic and suitable for Hazardous Area locations. RSSUS can supply a PLC driven based system or a conventional relay logic based system.

The remote control system offers: Ex rated components, alarm monitoring for any type of Koomey unit, including Hydraulic and Pneumatic configurations.

Koomey Upgrades

RSSUS can design, manufacture and install electronic panel conversions, these control panels are supplied as an upgrade to your existing system and capable of fully integrating with your existing control sensors and solenoids.

SVC - SSVC and BOP Control Power Units

RSSUS have recently designed and supplied a freestanding 4 function control panel, these units are freestanding incorporating 2 x 5 gallon accumulators, 15 gallon oil reservoir, 10,000PSI pump with hand pump facility. The unit provides both 5,000PSI and 10,000PSI pressures for SVC, SSVC UPPER and Lower BOP, testing facility and ESD.
