ESD Single Outlet Fast Response Emergency Shutdown Panels
The RSESDA10K and RSESDA15K 10,000 and 15,000 psi ESD control panels can be supplied as a stand alone unit or with additional slaved ESD control units.
ESD PANEL
The main ESD control panel incorporates a rear door providing access for maintenance purposes. The units
are constructed using -
The rear door is suitably sealed to prevent water ingress, providing protection from general harsh weather conditions prevalent in offshore locations. All front mounted instruments are IP rated and suitable for water splashing and dust environments.
A fusible plug ESD station loop charging circuit can be included actuated by the front panel mounted latch. Upon normalization of charge pressure the system will automatically arm itself.
The main panel will be supplied as a freestanding unit and fitted with suitable lifting eyes lugs. The panel dimensions are as follows: Height: 40” Width: 26” Depth 20”

- Manufacturers Test Certificate covering the unit as a whole stating the actual test procedures.

REAR PANEL LAYOUT
ESD SLAVE PANELS
The main control panel can be supplied along with additional slaved control units, for remote shutdown, these units are supplied in 316 stainless steel or mild powder coated steel . The emergency stop function provides instant closure and is connected to the main control panel by suitably rated hydraulic hose.
