RSSRC PORTABLE  MEDIUM AND HIGH PRESSURE TESTING UNIT

The RSSRC Portable Hydraulic Testing Unit is the ultimate in portable lightweight equipment for the Oilfield ‘service-hand.’  Designed by experienced Oilfield professionals who appreciate the need for portability in an on/offshore environment and area’s with limited working space.

 

All equipment is enclosed within a fully portable rugged carry case. The RSSRC offers highly portable high pressure testing capability at a low cost.

 

Functionality:

• PORTABLE AND SUPPLIED IN A RUGGED CARRY CASE.

• LIGHTWEIGHT   (ALLEVIATES THE NEED FOR LARGE TESTING EQUIPMENT).

• IDEAL FOR TESTING WITH 10, 20 AND 30,000PSI WORKING PRESSURES AVAILABLE.

• THE ULTIMATE TOOL FOR TESTING DOWN-HOLE SAFETY VALVES FOR (SSV AND SCSSV).    

 

Can also be used for:

• HIGH PRESSURE VALVES

• HIGH PRESSURE SEALS

• TREE CAVITIES

• BOP RAMS

• TREE ACTUATOR VALVES

• CHOKES VALVES

• FAILSAFE'S VALVES  

• SPM AND POD VALVES

     

 

Also available  with FINE SCALE GAUGE (FSG) suitable for calibration of gauges and relief valves. Additional options available for case specification: (Halliburton Zero Aluminum or Nautilus High strength Rigid Polycarbonate).

• 2 x Block and Bleed functions with added chart recorder output

• Air over Hydraulic Pump with Hand Pump Attachment – available in; 10/ 20/30K operating pressures

• 2 x 2.5” Stainless Steel (0-15000)  Medium  pressure gauges

• For High pressure units these are supplied with 4” gauges reading (0.25000 PSI)  (0-35000 PSI)     

 

Supplied with 1 x 10ft  testing hose and 316 Stainless Steel fittings.
