NEW - RSS INDUSTRIAL SEWING DIVISION

RSS in order to remain at the forefront of the safety industry set up a sewing division in February of 2021. RSS were approached by a large aviation company in Florida to build and supply qty 300 life raft canopies designed 37 person life rafts that are stored on commercial aircraft, to date we have built and supplied 300 kits that require a significant amount of sewing as each section is double stitched, additional as part of the kit we are required to build and test inflatable pouches that are used to store the canopies, these pouches are fitted with air valves to enable inflation at sea if the the canopy os floating awaiting to be used.

RSS also build our full range of Offshore Kevlar V450 Micro-netted fire resistant escape chutes that we use with our full range of offshore escape chute system MES. RSS have over 200 systems operational globally and the chute we use are our design and proprietary to us. We also build our own onshore three layered chute system that we use for Hi-Rise Buildings, Commercial, Residential, Governmental, Refinery, Petrochemical, US Air Force Control Towers, Fire Departments, Mining Industry and many more applications, as with our offshore chute RSS have over 150 onshore chute systems operational. Globally.

Our machines are capable of using either light or heavy weight threads, we can also sew leather.

Our sewers are all fully qualified and can either work off customer cut sheets or we can prepare cut sheets and templates for your project as we have a full design service available.
