On receipt of a customer enquiry we will request the opportunity to meet with you in order to discuss fully your particular requirements. The first meeting is used to introduce RSS and obtain sufficient information to meet your particular needs. On request we will supply a professional surveyor who will visit your asset, fully asses your needs, this ensures you remain compliant with all governing bodies, including, OSHA, ANSI, IMO, SOLAS, US Coast Guard, FPA, MMS, HSE and any other governing bodies worldwide.

Our Full - Turn Key Safety Signage Systems are designed to eradicate sign blindness and we use of our SLIB, safety location information boards, these are populated with the relevant signs either - Hazard, Prohibition, Mandatory, IMO or a mix of all dependent on location.

As part our full-turn key service we can provide coiled pipe markers, anti-slip - for ladders, gangway, stairways. Photo luminescent Low Level artificial lighting for accommodation units, lighting that provides illuminated escape in the case of fire, photo luminescent is available for accommodation exit tracking and our IMO and Fire precaution signs are Photoluminescent.

Escape Chute Systems, Donut Descent Devices and Ladder Systems

RSS provide surveying and installation surveys for our complete range of escape chutes. From commercial, residential, marine, offshore/onshore, our surveyors are fully trained and provide a comprehensive survey based on each customer’s requirements. As with Safety Signage Systems, RSS can provide a desktop survey from Technical Drawings, MTO or Photo’s. However we always recommend a physical survey to ensure accuracy. We then provide a team of fitters who install and test the Escape Chute, Donut Descent Device or Ladder System, training of key personnel is also provided. RSS provide annual maintenance contracts, whereby we visit your facility, carry out a full safety inspection and service.

All Surveyors and Fitters are fully qualified and trained for offshore work, only surveyors and fitters who hold survival training are deployed to the customers facility.

GLOBAL CAPABILITY

NEW - RSS INDUSTRIAL SEWING DIVISION

RSS in order to remain at the forefront of the safety industry set up a sewing division in February of 2021. Historically RSS would have our escape chute manufactured under licence to us by a local partner however due to the increase in costs RSS decided to set up our sewing division that now enables us to construct our own chutes that our design. We are also in the process of marketing our services and in 2022 we were awarded a large sewing project for an Aviation Company based in Florida to design and manufacture qty 300 large life raft canopies that are used on all commercial aircraft for emergency lading at sea. RSS are also offering sewing services for the fabrication of Fire Wall Curtains for offshore facilities as we are experts in the used of Kevlar, Nomex, Spectra and Electro fiberglass for our full range of offshore escape chute systems, we can also build industrial tarps and covers for all applications.
